Workflow

1. After the material enters the cleaning box, it rolls under the drive of the sand washing wheel, fully contacts and cleans with water. The cleaned material is sent to the rear dehydration screen with the rolling of the sand washing wheel, and after removing excess water, it is sent to the conveyor belt from the discharge port.

The wastewater overflowing from the cleaning box (containing a large amount of fine sand, mud, dust and other impurities) is transported to the cyclone by a vacuum high-pressure pump for centrifugal classification and concentration.
