The Sichuan sand washing and recycling integrated machine combines water collection, sand washing, and fine sand dewatering and recycling, hence it is also called a sand washing and recycling integrated machine, fine sand recovery and dewatering integrated machine, or mud sand washing and separation equipment. This machine cleverly connects the fine sand recycling machine with the sand washing machine, with a reasonable structure, small footprint, and lower investment cost than the two devices.

Function Introduction

The sand washing and recycling integrated machine is mainly divided into a sand washing section and a fine sand recovery section; The sand washing part has the same function as a general wheel sand washing machine, used for washing sand, dewatering, and desliming; The recycling parts can be combined according to customer needs. If fine sand recycling is required, it can be connected to a general fine sand recycling system. If fine sand dewatering recycling is needed, it can be connected to a dewatering type fine sand recycling machine. If different sand extraction effects are required, multiple dewatering screens can also be configured.

working principle

1. Structural composition: composed of high-pressure separator, dehydration screen, impeller separator, reducer, vacuum high-pressure pump, cleaning box, high-level return water tank, motor, vibration motor and other components.

2. Workflow: The sand water mixture enters the cleaning box, is separated by an impeller separator, and then enters the lower dehydration screen for dehydration treatment. The wastewater overflowing from the cleaning box (containing a large amount of fine sand, mud, dust and other impurities) is transported to the high-pressure separator by a vacuum high-pressure pump. After centrifugal classification and concentration, the fine sand is discharged into the upper layer of the dehydration screen through a sand settling nozzle. The wastewater, mud, dust, impurities, etc. in the cleaning box are discharged into the high-level return water tank through the overflow port of the high-pressure separator and discharged. The upper layer discharges coarse sand as the finished material, and the lower layer discharges fine sand as the finished material, or a mixture of coarse and fine sand (which can be adjusted according to requirements).

Workflow

1. After the material enters the cleaning box, it rolls under the drive of the sand washing wheel, fully contacts and cleans with water. At the same time, the spray pipe at the upstream of the wheel sprays water to timely remove impurities and foreign objects with low specific gravity. The cleaned material is sent to the rear dehydration screen with the rolling of the sand washing wheel, and after removing excess water, it is sent to the conveyor belt from the discharge port.

2. The wastewater overflowing from the cleaning box (containing a large amount of fine sand, mud, dust and other impurities) is transported to the cyclone by a vacuum high-pressure pump for centrifugal classification and concentration. The fine sand is discharged into the upper layer of the dewatering screen through a settling nozzle for dewatering treatment, while the remaining wastewater (containing mud, dust and other impurities) is discharged into the high-level return water tank through the cyclone overflow port and then discharged.
