A vibrating screen is a device that relies on a vibrator to move under the propulsion of a vibrating motor. It is mainly used for material screening or compaction.
When the heavy-duty vibrating screen is in operation, the vibration intensity of the vibrating motor is stronger than other types of vibrating screens, so materials can be quickly screened during the material screening process.
However, if operated improperly during use, it is easy to accumulate a large amount of dust, which can lead to poor performance of the vibrating screen later on. The correct operation of heavy-duty vibrating screens is crucial and cannot be ignored. So what elements should heavy vibrating screens pay attention to when working?
How to prevent dust from flying during the operation of the vibrating screen?
1. Turn off the power switch and idle for about 30 minutes. Usually, vibration motors should run counterclockwise. If the direction is incorrect, please adjust the three-phase power supply.
2. The vibration motor operates within the rated current range. At the beginning of operation, especially under low temperature conditions, the current may be slightly higher. Therefore, during the initial 30 minute operation period, the rated current should be reduced to the normal range specified for the operating current of the vibrating screen.
3. There should be no abnormal sound in the vibrating screen machine. If there is an abnormal sound, the power should be quickly turned off to investigate the cause of the abnormal sound. Usually, abnormal sounds are caused by loose bolt fastening parts, especially during transportation, disassembly, and reassembly, where special attention should be paid to the fastening of each part. So generally, when starting the vibrating screen, it is necessary to check whether the bolt fixing positions of the vibrating motor and various parts of the vibrating screen are loose. However, there are also cases where the sieve has a transient resonance zone during both startup and shutdown. At this point, the amplitude and noise will significantly increase, which is a normal phenomenon.
4. Add a small amount of material after rotating the vibrating screen. A small amount of material can be fed into the screening machine through the feeding port, and then slowly increased until the required or tolerable amount of material can be added. At this point, the heavy hammer should be adjusted according to the discharge situation of the mesh to achieve better efficiency of the vibrating screen.
5. The general material of heavy-duty vibrating screen screening machine does not need to be equipped with bouncing ball device, which can meet the screening requirements while significantly reducing noise. If special materials require bouncing balls that need to be designed and installed separately, the noise will increase during idling.
The vibrating screen used varies for different application fields. Some vibrating screens are used for screening wet materials, while others can be used for screening powders.
In fact, regardless of the type of vibrating screen used, it is necessary to clean the screen mesh, screen body, vibrating motor, etc. in order to better utilize the effectiveness of the vibrating screen and reduce a large amount of pollution such as ash content.
There is still one It is important to consult the type of material, weight, and size of the vibrating screen or the vibrating motor used for the vibrating screen before purchasing, in order to provide recommendations Suitable machine for use!
